Welcome to the stinkydog experiment!

On new year's day, 2005, I was lucky to discover and capture nature on film, by the recommendation of my good mate, the intrepid Doogster, in the form of a water-logged doggy, which from now we will affectionately refer to as stinkydog.

This experiment was inspired by the ever-delicious, always-intriguing entrepreneurial success that was the StinkyMeat project. If you're not familiar with this, what planet have you been living on?? Seriously though, you should check it out. I was so proud when the intrepid Doogster informed me that the StinkyMeat project was performed in Cambridge, MA (not that I'm a resident of MA anymore, but I was at the time).

I received an email from Mahlon@StinkyMeat about this site:

"Ha - this is great. And pretty disturbing. Those eyesockets - yow. I bet the saltwater preserved the pooch - it was probably dead a lot longer than it looked.
One minor fact check - Stinkymeat wasn't performed in Cambridge. :) That's where theSpark was located, and they hosted the project. It was performed in my hometown (at the time) of Ashland, Oregon."

Anyhoo, let's get on with this damn thing huh...
